Its just Ok... 1) Limited export capability i.e. NO DROPBOX 2) No email support, not even an email address. In summary, not worth the money for the "PRO" version for certain. Back with more comments... You buy this, its yours. Till now there hasnt been a single "update" to my "PRO" (What a joke) version. I cannot understand all the positive reviews.

Im writing this review because there are some things I want to say, so I hope this will catch some attention. This is a great app, and provides a wonderful place to store photos, besides its intended purpose to secure them. I though, unfortunately, have forgotten the password to one of my files, and am still trying to recall it. For the future, I believe it would be a good idea to add an optional hint, in case this were to happen to someone. Also, if there could be an option to actually see what youre typing, instead of just the dots, that would be awesome, so I could make sure Im typing in the right thing. Again, I love this app, but I feel it could be improved. If you read this till the end, thankyou, and I hope someone will notice this.

In general is a great apps, but needs some improvement. When the app ask you if you want to delete a photo once you upload it, it doesnt deleted completely what it does is that it move the picture to the delete file. The app should be able to completely the picture from the iphone.

Great serves its function! Just be careful if you erase your phone or switch phones to save your content.

Im currently sharing this device with my sister so when it comes to photos and videos, I enjoy privacy. This app allows you to make multiple albums, all password protected. If you forget your pass, the app will send the password to your email at the push of a button! Fantastic!

I used to love this App but for some reason it randomly decided to delete photos in the App. It just happened randomly. After updating iOS to 10.1.1 all was still good. Move forward about 2 weeks, now my two albums in the App are gone (along with all the photos in them). I used to recommend this App, but now I suggest just creating albums with Google Photos and trust Google vs this App! Plus with Google Photos it doesnt take up iPhone space. You have been warned!

This is a great app, just wish they gave more folders without having to upgrade.

Best privacy app and easy to deal with

Not sure where all of the negative reviews went…Around October this app completely crashed- said it was updating yet never did. Eventually I couldn’t even get back on it without it quitting just as soon as it opened. I restarted my phone and my phone completely crashed as well. I lost not only all of my photos in the vault but all of the unsaved data on my phone. I went and looked at the reviews and everyone seemed to be complaining about a bug that was crashing their app. I have since tried to restore the app from previous backups with no success. The app merely downloads as brand new even though I know I had backed the app up previously. It seems odd that now all of the negative reviews are gone and this app has an almost perfect score. If there is a simple solution to getting back my photos then please let me know. But this app was not worth losing all of my photos and data on my phone. Moral of the story: Back up your phone and make duplicates of any photos you plan to save in a “vault”!

Dont waste your time. Non-stop harassing advertisements make accessing the pics next to impossible

After some time, many photos will no longer open. This is extremely upsetting as I have no other copies.

Ive tried 14 photo & video privacy apps and this is the least buggiest one so far. Features that work well: double tap zoom, fingerprint ID, plays videos, photo editing, select all in an album for imports. Cons: no sorting of photos within an album.

I love this app

"Hi, Ive been using the Private Photo Vault for 3 years now without any problem. This week when I tried to view a video made with my iphone a few days before I got an error message "unsupported video format (null). Cannot see it, cannot copy it, cannot export back to camera roll. Please help me with this issue. Regards" This is an email I wrote to user support to ask for help with this matter. I havent heard from them since. One star for customer service.
