Unsupported video format (null)

Ive been using the Private Photo Vault for 3 years now without any problem. This week when I tried to view a video made with my iphone a few days before I got an error message "unsupported video format (null). Cannot see it, cannot copy it, cannot export back to camera roll. Please help me with this issue.
